  • Payment-Related Information: Payment information (e.g., credit card details, billing addresses) is processed directly by Stripe. We only receive confirmation data such as payment status, subscription validity, and in-app credit balances.
  • Additional Personal Data via Third Parties: Some personal details (such as physical address or phone number) may be collected by Stripe as part of the payment process. This data is handled according to Stripe's privacy policies.

B. Non-Personal and Technical Information

  • Webserver Logs and IP Addresses: Our servers (hosted by Vercel and Digital Ocean) log IP addresses and similar technical data. Please review the Privacy Policies for Vercel and Digital Ocean for details.
  • Device Identifiers: We collect device identifiers solely to improve your internal user experience.

C. Conversation Data

  • AI Chat Interactions: Our App features an AI chat bot. We record the conversation transcript, including timestamps, durations, and associated metadata (e.g., session identifiers) for each interaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Provision: To authenticate users, manage accounts, process payments (via Stripe), and deliver the features of our App.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Device identifiers and conversation data help us improve functionality and tailor the user experience.
  • Internal Analytics: We use aggregated, non-identifying data (e.g., session lengths, active user counts via Google Analytics) solely for internal performance analysis.
  • Legal and Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes when necessary.

3. Data Retention and Security

  • Retention Policy: Your personal and conversation data is retained for as long as your account exists. Specific categories of data are retained based on the necessity for service provision. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
  • Security Measures: Data is transferred over encrypted connections and stored in secure environments (Supabase and other third-party providers). We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

4. Consumer Rights and How to Exercise Them

Under CPPA/CCPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal or contractual obligations).
  • Right to Know: You can ask for details about the categories of personal information we collect, the sources of the data, the purposes for which it is used, and the third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Although we do not sell your data, if additional sharing is implemented in the future, you will have the option to opt out via a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism.

Requests will be verified and responded to free of charge within 45 days, as required.

  • Supabase: For data storage.
  • Google Analytics: For internal analytics.
  • Vercel: For hosting services.
  • OpenAI: For providing our AI-driven features via the Realtime API, which processes audio and text-based input.
